The practice of the Labor area involves the defense of claims filed against companies and the defense of administrative assessments imposed by the Bodies of the Ministry of Labor. The firm provides legal advisory to the Human Resources Departments of companies for adjusting labor routines to the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) and to other applicable legal rules so as to prevent and avoid court litigation.

The firm prepares and revises employment contracts and advises clients on collective labor agreements and bargaining with Trade Unions, Associations, and Labor Authorities.
